Here, you'll get the best of everything. Our inn offers all the amenities of an upscale hotel, but in a cozy, intimate setting. Our cottages are located in the courtyard to the rear of the Balmoral Hotel which is on the high street in Moffat.

 

Ideal for couples or families, each cottage has one double and one twin room, modern bathroom with shower and comfortable living room. Excellent tea and coffee making facilities. Flatscreen tvs in both living room and bedrooms.

 

Our cottages are let on a fully serviced basis and our rates include a delicious Breakfast cooked to order, and served in our cosy lounge in the main hotel accross the courtyard.

 

Cooked breakfasts are served between 7am and 10am Mon - Sat and 8am and 10am Sun. If you would like a lie in then you can pop over for cereal and toast between 10am and 11am each day.

 

We serve traditional pub food all day from 11.30am - 9pm.
